Be sure to register your delivery date in advance to avoid disappointment. We currently only deliver to schools on Wednesday’s. Please include your school/organization name, location and top 3 preferred delivery dates. Once we receive your email we will be on contact with you.
Your cake selling campaign will be running for 2 weeks. We are currently offering only 3 flavours, 6″ boxed cheesecakes. Upon registering your school/organization, the link to order will be live on our website. Anyone from the school community will be able to place an order through our website safely and securely. All sales and payments are done online unless otherwise requested. Once your campaign is done, the organizer of your fundraiser will receive a sales report the following day. Our office needs 5 days to collect the sales report, process the orders and plan your delivery. Please expect a 3-4 week turnaround time for families to receive their cakes, plan accordingly.
If you choose to collect your orders manually, please notify our representative, we will provide you with order forms to be distributed throughout your school and discuss further details at that time as the process will be slightly different.
We understand that storage for our products will be difficult, that is why we deliver 30 minutes before dismissal. We recommend that the cakes are picked up immediately when the bell rings. At the time of delivery, the cakes will be divided according to flavour and they will be in cases of 8. Please use the report given to you to organize your distribution process accordingly. Alternatively, if necessary, we can offer an evening delivery or Saturday morning (based on order and availability). If done outside of business hours, we need a guarantee minimum order of 100 cakes. We can remain on premises with the freezer truck but we are not responsible for distributing each order. We ask that there are 2 people present to assist.
For every cake sold, you receive 25% back ($5 per cake)! A cheque for these earnings will be issued at the time of delivery. The cheque must be made payable to the school or organization. We kindly ask that we can get a photo with the organizers, students or school staff with their permission for our fundraising page on our website.
